What This Platform Is For

Constitution Two exists to educate the public about constitutional rights and frameworks, encourage respectful civic participation, allow people to propose and vote on constitutional ideas, and build a public record of evolving civic thought. We do not take official positions on legislation, candidates, or ballot measures.

Who Can Use the Platform

You may register if you are at least 13 years old, complete identity verification, and enable two-factor authentication. Only verified users may vote on proposals. This ensures one person, one vote.

What Is Not Allowed

Prohibited conduct includes threats, intimidation, hate speech, or harassment; political campaigning; spam or disruption; use of bots to manipulate voting; calls for violence or illegal activity; and misinformation that endangers public safety.

Moderation and Enforcement

The platform uses trained human moderators called Curators. Moderation actions are logged. Users may appeal enforcement actions. All moderation actions are visible to appropriate tiers in the audit log.

Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their original content. By submitting content, users grant the platform the right to display it publicly and archive it permanently as part of the public record. User data will never be sold or used for marketing.
